I don’t totally blame this on the Democrats.  We have too many Republicans like Olympia Snowe, Arlene Spector and many more politicians willing to sell the country for feel good politics.

    I wouldn’t even say the politicians are doing “the feel good” thing. I think they are ingratiating themselves on a massive scale. It’s about greed and power…absolute power, absolutely corrupts..I believe is the phrase and how true it is.

    Sad thing about the upcoming election. Hawaii will vote for the same guys to represent us again.
    I spoke with George Fontaine (running for Kihei State Representative seat) today about his background and his beliefs. He may be one of our best candidates for Maui office. He joined the Mauiconservatives today and hopefully will post some of his ideas and beliefs for everyone to see.
